An interesting catch. She is an OH-58+ Kiowa and is listed as operated by the Texas ARNG 'RAID' which is a 'Reconnaissance Air Interdiction Detachment' based at Robert Mueller MAP, TX. RAID detachments support the N.G. Bureau Counter Drug Directorate.

A pleasant surprise at El Paso International in Texas. I happened to encounter these two 14th FTW T-37B 'Tweets' on the ramp about to taxi and depart. Given the rarity of the type this was a lucky catch.
