A USAF T-6A Texan II on the ramp of Ft. Worth Alliance airport. This plane was written off on 9th July 2009 when it crashed near Mantee, MS. Cause of accident was determined to be pilot error due to loss of situational awareness. Pilot managed to eject.
Now registered as NX72941 and preserved in flyable condition, this former Bulgarian L-29 Delfin can be seen at the Cold War Air Museum at Lancaster TX.
