This F-16 encoutered problems during fight. After landing the pilot decided to eject while on the runway. This is the result of the first ever zero altitude ejection.

43 Sq dispatched two Tornado F3's to Waddington to take part in the role demo. The take off alone was quite spectaculair!

Turtmann was situated in the heart of the Alps. After take off the aircraft had to make a steep climb out of the Rhone valley. This Hunter carries two large bombs underneath the wings, making the aircraft even less manouvrable.

In 1993 the last exercise was held at Raron. After the Hunters had departed the air base was closed. J-4086 now flies as HB-RVU.

In 1993 the last Exercise with Hunters was held on Turtmann AB. Parallel also Raron was active, giving about 20 active Hunters withing 15 kilometers.
