In the late 1990´s this F-16 was assigned to the RNLAF Display Team. After a Mid Life Update it operated from Twenthe in its normal grey outfit. The aircraft crashed during a mission in Afghanistan on 31 August 2006, tragically killing the pilot.
Between January and August 2004, a Royal Netherlands Air Force Fokker 60 deployment, based in Jordanian, operated for the United Nations. As a result special titles were added to two of the aircraft. The U-02 is seen here at his home base Eindhoven.
To celebrate the 60th anniversary of 334sqn special colors were added to the tail of this KDC-10. Unfortunately they were quickly removed again as RNLAF staf members were not so pleased with these markings.
