While browsing through my Lightroom database I came across some old pictures from the NAS Oceana show in 2005 which we hard to edit by the time. The 2012 version of LR has a new RAW converter so I could get a bit more out of the pictures.

2005. 6MP was barely the maximum you could get with a DSLR, and CF cards (40x...) were at around 100$ for 1gb :O_o It was still somehow hard to decide between space-saving jpg's or shotting raw, which also filled the camera's buffer quite fast.
Anyhow, I took my 'digital Tomcats' in 2004. Gladly using raw in these days already:
